We believe the most important resource any small business owner has is time. We handle our clients' tax and bookkeeping needs, so they have more time to run their business operations, grow their revenues, and acquire new clients.
We are a fully digital tax and bookkeeping firm. By leveraging cloud-based technology tools such as QuickBooks On-Line, Zoom, Microsoft 365, we can meet clients where they are and on their schedule.
We separate ourselves from other firms by taking the time to explain our clients' financial statements and provide business analytics so they can know their numbers, make informed decisions, and grow their business.
RECENT WORK
Historical Bookkeeping Backfill
We had a client come to us who hadn't completed his bookkeeping in several years. We were able to extract transaction data from his bank and credit card accounts, import it into QuickBooks, categorize all the transactions, and complete the reconciliations.
Cost Volume Profit Analysis
Another client had a problem understanding his business P&L and growing his revenue. We were able to group his fixed vs variable expenses and perform a break-even analysis, so he knew what volume of worked he needed to complete to hit his profitability goal.
